We understand that businesses looking to relocate may need some assistance for new job creation: we can do that. As the business grows and its operation expands we can also help to offset their energy costs with discounted electric rates for qualifying businesses. These incentives provide new businesses with valuable start up capital as well as a significant reduction in ongoing operating costs.

For qualifying businesses the incentive may be two-fold.
     1. Cash incentive for new jobs meeting minimum criteria.
     2. Rebate on the retail electric power bills for three-years for all load growth (measured in kilowatt-hours) in any month that
         Parker Municipal Utilities realizes a corresponding load growth.

The PDC also administers its own Revolving Loan Fund to stimulate our business community. Qualifying businesses can get low interest loans for starting-up or expanding their existing business in town. It’s just another example of how we grow together.
